1) To search for a Medical Provider who accepts the Kingston Trust Fund Plan, Click Here to Search MagnaCare.

2) If the desired Provider is not listed with MagnaCare, and you live outside the state of New York, then Click Here to Search First Health Network. 

3) ​If the desired Provider does not accept MagnaCare or First Health and wants to join the KTF Network, please have them contact the Trust at: 844-583-3863 (844-KTF-FUND), option 5.
